Leroy Dickinson
President & COO
With over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, Mr. Dickinson is an expert in his field. He has proven expertise in building, managing and expanding operations for leading OFS companies including Weatherford and Premium Energy Group. Leroy believes in promoting a positive workplace atmosphere to develop a strong, successful leadership team and staff.

Greg Patton
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Patton has over 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, starting his career at Ernst and Young and most recently as the SVP of Corporate Development and Finance for Great Western Petroleum, a DJ Basin E&P company. Greg’s background in business development, planning, both public and private financings, and accounting will be beneficial to Trigger Energy’s continued growth as they continue to increase their footprint and expand. Greg believes in building teams that are dynamic, integrated and fiscally focused, resulting in successful execution of company goals and metrics.

Jeremy has over 12 years of pressure control experience in Operations, Sales & Management. Jeremy has been with Trigger for 5 years, most recently as Facilities Manager before taking a Field Sales role in the Midland basin.

Jason Standridge
Business Development, Mid-Con
Jason has over 8 years experience in Pressure Control throughout the mi-continent. His previous experience includes wellhead, frac stacks and production services between Weir and Cameron. Jason joined Trigger Energy in 2020 and played a key role in starting our Oklahoma City district.

Brandon Dickinson
Service Manager
- 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry including Wellhead and Pressure Control (frac trees, zipper manifolds, and Frac Rail) with roles in quality control, field service, and operations.
- Brandon leads Trigger’s efforts in Wyoming with responsibility for management of field service, operations, and ensuring best-in-class operations for Trigger’s clients.

Randy Vickers
Sourcing Specialist
Randy began his career in 1991 for ABB Vetco Gray. He has 19 years of experience overseas in roles including Service Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager and COO. At Trigger, Randy is instrumental in sourcing specialty equipment and solving well issues while maintaining A+ service. When he is not working with customers, he enjoys developing Trigger’s next generation of service techs and pass on his mission to deliver A+ service.
